Long distances, poor roads, muddy rainy seasons: any "heavy and bulky" building material quickly becomes a nightmare.

Energy. The camp runs on a solar-plus-diesel hybrid: photovoltaic panels supply power during the day, then generators take over at night. This cuts long-term operating costs while guaranteeing 24/7 power. Dormitory wiring follows mining-grade standards and supports centralized management of AC, lighting and charging.
The easiest thing to overlook in a remote mine — and often the most dangerous — is the sanitation system. Hundreds of people living in close quarters, with poorly managed sewage or wastewater, quickly breed disease and can derail an entire project.
